This website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party services and transmits no form data. Personal data arises only when pages are requested and when you make contact.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by statichost.eu (Variable Object Assignment, Stockholm, Sweden) on servers within the EU; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. To deliver the pages, the hosting provider processes your IP address only for the duration of the request; it is not stored. The server logs kept for billing contain no personal data (only the time, domain, status code and volume transferred) and are deleted after seven days at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure and uninterrupted operation.

3. Contact

If you contact us by email or telephone we process your details to deal with the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The form on the contact page transmits nothing to us: your entries only open a pre-filled message in your own email programme. Unencrypted email is not a secure means of transmission.

Information learned in the course of a mandate is additionally subject to the lawyer's duty of confidentiality (§ 43a(2) BRAO, § 203 StGB; art. 226-13 Code pénal).

4. No cookies, no tracking

No cookies, local storage, analytics or tracking services are used, so no consent under § 25 TDDDG is required. Fonts and all other resources are served by this website's hosting provider, so no connection to any third party is made.

5. Recipients and third countries

Data is disclosed only where necessary to deal with the enquiry or perform the mandate, or where legally required. Operating this website involves no transfer of personal data outside the EU.

6. Retention

Data is erased once its purpose no longer applies and no retention obligation prevents erasure. Mandate files are subject to § 50 BRAO (six years after the end of the engagement); commercial and tax periods are unaffected.

7. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15 to 21 GDPR), and may withdraw consent at any time. An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
